Refund and Returns Policy
RETURN
The costs for a return to veerletytgat.be and resending to the buyer will be fully covered if the delivered product is not the same as you ordered and so indicated on the order confirmation or if the product is damaged.
EXCHANGE
The shipping costs to veerletytgat.be for exchanges without any of the above reasons (damage or not according to the order), must be paid by the buyer himself. This applies to both the return and the new shipping cost.
When returning a package, the buyer must always be able to present a tracking code, proof of shipment, at his own expense.
CUSTOMISED
Custom-made or specially ordered goods for the are exempt from the above conditions and can not be returned.
